The leadership style that best describes my personal philosophy would be transformational leadership. This style of leadership entails including others in decision making, and guiding them towards change that matches the organization’s goals (Whitehead et al., 2017). I believe transformational leadership will be very beneficial to my future MSN role.  Being a nurse educator means that you need to be there to help inform and teach individuals how to do something. Everybody learns differently; so it is important to teach in different ways. Transformational leadership is about including others in decision making, so this would help with learning how someone learns best, or how someone can adjust to certain change.
