Nurse executives are often responsible for establishing a nursing care delivery model that will be tailored towards the attainment of organizational goals and objectives (Marquis & Huston, 2017). We would all bring different nursing qualities, attributes, and backgrounds to the table in providing clear guidance for nursing across the organization.
