When I reflect on the last 8 weeks of this class, I am reminded of everything the nurse leader or executive must juggle on a daily basis. These tasks may be financial, educational, emotional, logistical, legal, evidence-based or patient based; and must all be addressed responsibly, and in a timely manner.
